Piston valve

Unlike the below or globe valve the piston valve’s tightness towards the exterior is ensured over all of the top of the washer in contact with the piston.

Bellow valve

The bellow valve works on the same principal as the globe valve, but its tightness towards the exterior is ensured by a bellow rather than a packing gland. It can be used on steam, gas, liquid, condensates and water systems.

Globe valve

The globe valve’s purpose is to adjust a flow. It can be straight or angular. Tightness is done via the obturator, also called a disk, which lowers onto the seat of the globe valve.
