This valve is offered from DN350 to DN1200. This model has the same specifications as the Tecfly for PN10\/16 service pressures. There is a wafer type and a flanged version (Teclarge FL).<\/p>\n

General use: water, sea water, sludge, hydrocarbons, etc.<\/p>\n

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
\n\u2013 Design in accordance with NF EN 593.
\n\u2013 Tightness in both ways. NFEN 12266-1, NFEN 12266-2 \u2013 ISO 5208 \u2013\u00a0DIN 3230.
\n\u2013 Face to face in accordance with: ISO 5752 series 20, NF EN 558-1\u00a0serie 20.
\n\u2013 Two kinds of sleeve:
\n\u2022 DN 350 and 400: body in dovetail shape ensures a perfect assembling\u00a0(for high vacuum we can stick it) ;
\n\u2022 DN 450 to 1200: sleeve internally reinforced in aluminium giving a\u00a0low torque.
\n\u2013 Stem: half stem high and low or crossing stem depending on the\u00a0diameter.
\n\u2013 Coupling stem on disc assembled by conical pin.
\n\u2013 Self lubricant bearing in copper alloy.
\n\u2013 Supplementary tightness on stem by o\u2019rings.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS
\n\u2013 Body: cast iron or ductile iron.
\n\u2013 Disc: ductile iron.
\n\u2013 Sleeve: heat EPDM.

\n\u2013 Body: liquid or food epoxy powder painting depending on diameter,\u00a0RAL 5019.<\/p>\n

\u0004WORKING CONDITIONS
\n\u2013 Maximum working pressure: 10 bar ( 16 bar on request).
\n\u2013 Maximum working temperature: 130\u00b0C (sleeve: heat EPDM).<\/p>\n

\u0004 AGREEMENT AND TESTING
\n\u2013 Manufacture according to the requirements of the European\u00a0directive 97\/23\/CE \u00abEquipments under pressure\u00bb : category III\u00a0modulate H.
\n\u2013 Test procedures are established according to NFEN 12266-1,\u00a0NF EN 12266-2 \u2013 DIN 3230 ISO 5208.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

CONNECTION
\n\u2013 TECLARGE: between flanges ISO PN 10 according to EN 1092-2 (PN 16\u00a0and ASA 150 on request). 2 lugs up & down with smooth holes or\u00a0threaded depending on diameter.
\n\u2013 TECLARGE FL: double flange ISO PN 10 according to EN 1092-2 (PN 16\u00a0et ASA 150 on request). Assembling by string or screw.<\/p>\n

HANDLING POSSIBILITIES
\nMounting plate in accordance with ISO 5211 for easy assembling of following operating systems:
\n\u2013 manual gear box with position indicator,
\n\u2013 single or double acting pneumatic actuator,
\n\u2013 electric actuator 48, 230\/400 V, single or three phases, 50 or 60 Hz.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
