This valve with sleeve is available from DN32\/40 to DN300, PN10\/16\/ASA150\/JIS10K. It can respond to a wide variety of applications thanks to the numerous versions of sleeves (EPDM, NBR, FPM, PTFE, etc.) and discs (cast iron, stainless steel, aluminium bronze, duplex, etc.).<\/p>\n

General use: water, sea water, air, hydrocarbons, acids etc.<\/p>\n

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
\n\u2013 Design in accordance with NF EN 593.
\n\u2013 Tightness in both ways. NF EN 12266-1, NF EN 12266-2 \u2013 ISO 5208 \u2013 DIN 3230.
\n\u2013 Face to face in accordance with ISO 5752 serie 20, NF EN 558-1 serie 20.
\n\u2013 Sleeve with body in dovetail shape ensures a perfect assembling (for high vacuum we can stick it).
\nAluminium reinforced sleeve: on request.
\n\u2013 Stem: high and low semi stem giving a high flow coefficient.
\n\u2013 Machined disc on periphery giving a low and regular torque.
\n\u2013 Stem unejectable.
\n\u2013 Bearing: stainless steel teflon lined.
\n\u2013 Dovetail type sleeve.<\/p>\n

CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL
\n\u2013 Body: cast iron, ductile iron, steel, stainless steel on request.
\n\u2013 Disc: chromed cast iron, stainless steel 316, 316 L.
\nPossibility various alloys, bronze aluminium, 904 L (Uranus B6\u00ae), etc.
\n\u2013 Sleeve: heat EPDM, nitril, FPM (type Viton\u00ae), silicone, etc.<\/p>\n

COATING
\n\u2013 Body: oven backed epoxy coated, food quality, thickness 150 \u03bc,\u00a0RAL 5019.
\n\u2013 Disc: chromed disc, possibility rilsan, etc.<\/p>\n

WORKING CONDITIONS
\n\u2013 Maximum working pressure: 16 bar.
\n\u2013 Maximum temperature according to type of sleeve.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n\u2013 Test procedures are established according to NF EN 12266-1,\u00a0NF EN 12266-2 \u2013 DIN 3230 ISO 5208.<\/p>\n

\n\u2013 TECFLY: between flanges PN 10 and PN 16: according to EN 1092-2.
\nAdjustable between flanges ASME B16.5, ASA 150.
\n\u2013 TECFLY LUG: standard: between flanges PN 10\/16 up to DN 150, PN 10\u00a0for upper diameters.

As only the sleeve and the disc are in contact with the fluid, the body is not subject to the constraints of the fluid being carried.<\/p>\n
